My Story

Lilac Hinkis is a Clinical Nutritionist and proud AuDHD individual dedicated to simplifying the complex relationship between nutrition, neurodivergence, and mental well-being. Holding a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the prestigious National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), Lilac specializes in helping clients navigate the unique nutritional challenges faced by those with Autism and ADHD.

Core Beliefs
For many, especially the neurodivergent community, the basic act of feeding oneself is often exhausting. Lilac's mission is simple: to transform food from a struggle into a source of empowerment. By freeing up the precious mental space currently consumed by food stress, you can dedicate your energy to the things that bring your life passion and meaning.
-
Person-Focused: There is no one-size-fits-all. Lilac will honor your unique needs and focus on learning your food story to create sustainable, manageable steps that become second nature.
-
All about Balance: Choosing what to eat doesn't have feel like pulling teeth. Lilac subscribes to a balanced view where both eating to fuel the body for meaningful activities and eating for pleasure (which nourishes the brain and happiness chemicals) have their place.
-
Evidence-Based & Collaborative: Data-driven practices and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles are central to her work. She prioritizes collaborative care to ensure your plan is effective, supportive, and perfectly tailored to you.
